Designing how complex supply chains make decisions.

At SAP, I design experiences for Integrated Business Planning, working with enterprise planners, product managers, engineers, and supply-chain experts to turn complex demand, inventory, supply, scenario, exception, and planning decisions into clear, actionable workflows.

Understand the operation

I study how planners investigate changes, move between aggregate and detailed data, trace business drivers, manage exceptions, and coordinate decisions across functions.

Design the decision

I design end-to-end workflows that help people understand what changed, identify why it changed, compare options, understand downstream impact, and decide what should happen next.

Build to think

I use Claude Code, and React to turn design concepts into functional front-end prototypes. Instead of stopping at static mockups, I prototype interaction logic, system states, edge cases, and realistic business data so Product and Engineering can evaluate the experience before implementation.
