PrivateClub has over 3,000 users, mainly party enthusiasts. The platform faced challenges with inconsistent UI and branding, which affected user experience. We had a tight deadline to deliver 7+ new features and rebrand the platform. As the lead UX designer/manager, I prioritized timely completion while focusing on the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
